Common questions
Will participants know the notetaker is in the meeting?
Yes. It joins as a visible, named participant that anybody can see in the list, and the host can remove it at any point. There is no silent capture mode.
Does it join every Zoom meeting once authorized?
No. Authorization only makes attributed joining possible. Each meeting is one you send it to deliberately.
