Common questions
What happens when I complete a task that came from a commitment?
The commitment behind it is marked kept — whether you completed the task from the board, a bulk action, one of the phone apps, or the detail panel. Reopening the task puts the commitment back to open.
Does DayMarshal ever mark a commitment as missed on its own?
No. An overdue promise is shown as overdue, and how long it has been open is on the page. But nobody is recorded as having failed on the strength of a button nobody clicked.
